Hello and I am glad you are here! I am excited to coach the woman behind the Mom and/or Professional! I live day in and day out with four of my most influential teachers — my husband, our three quickly growing children and a career in counseling and coaching. They continually remind me of the real-life lessons that no classroom can teach. Alongside those lessons, I bring extensive education and specialized training to guide your personal and professional growth journey. With both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in clinical psychology, I have a deep understanding of human behavior, development, and the systems that shape our everyday experiences. Over the past 30 years, I’ve built a diverse career as a businesswoman, group practice owner, entrepreneur, and mother, complemented by my background as a collegiate athlete, soccer coach, Let Me Run coach, Ashtanga yoga certified instructor, and marathoner. Each of these roles has shaped my approach to resilience, performance, and purposeful living. As your life coach, my mission is to help you become the boss of your mind, body, and balance — empowering you to create alignment between your personal well-being, family life, and professional success.
