Devine Guidance, LLC is a mental health counseling and parenting consulting private practice that specializes in working with individuals ages 3 to adult. Individual, Family, and Play Therapy by licensed experienced counselors. Counseling is provided in the office or via teletherapy.
At Devine Guidance, LLC, we believe counseling is a collaborative effort between the counselor and client. Our counselors help clients identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause emotional turmoil; seek to improve communication and coping skills; strengthen self-esteem; and promote behavior change and optimal mental health.
Individual Therapy
Our goal at Devine Guidance is to create a safe, compassionate, and authentic environment where we act as a guide in helping individuals recognize their strengths and learn new strategies to develop into our best selves. Whether it is parenting your child or teen, trying to balance your personal and professional life, or manage your intimate relationship. Even the best of us can still have times where an outside compassionate, neutral party is helpful. Our counselors specialize in a wide variety of issues including: Depression, Anxiety, Emotional/behavioral issues, School/work issues, Relationship issues, Mood disorders, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, ADHD, OCD, Phobias, Family issues, Adjustment to life, Grief, Traumas, PTSD, and more. We can assist with your journey through a variety of techniques to suite your individual needs.

We are experienced in all things play, kids, parenting, and family life. We help parents get back in the driver seat and model for their children how to navigate the road in front of them no matter what the conditions are. We will help you get to the root of the difficult emotions, behaviors and interactions that keep you all walking on egg shells and fearful of anyone finding out how truly difficult family life is behind the scenes. We will share with you strategies for understanding that all behavior is communication. How to feel emotions and not be overwhelmed by them. Develop strategies that go beyond immediate consequences, moving towards lasting change and self control.
Reiki
Reiki (pronounced RAY-key) is a gentle method of hands-on healing technique BENEFICIAL for stress management and balance. It promotes relaxation which helps the body to activate its natural healing properties. In my experience, Reiki is proving to help adults, teens and children feel more balanced with calm minds, calm bodies, and positive connections.
